Creative Scraps Challenge Week 4

This is my first time submitting a project for this challenge.  For this project we were to use the colors Black Blue and a color of our choice.  So I chose the color yellow for my lovely sun who is cut from the Simply Charmed Cartridge.  The ribbon is from Walmart and the sentiment is from Scrappy Mom. I added some bling using the I-rock. Thanks for looking
