Happy Birthday Picture Perfect and Die Challenges

 

 

I used papers from Stampin' Up!, cut them into stripes to create my background.  I then used the Dinosaur from Party Posse with the coordinating die from Paper Smooches. I colored him using my prismacolor pencils.  The balloon is from the Balloons Die set from Paper Smooches and I used Tim Holtz distress ink to add color to the balloon.  The Happy Birthday is from Simon Says Stamps and I initially wanted to die cut it but couldn't so it is like an embossed look instead.
